Please say a prayer for this family. Sydney Grace was born with Trisomy 18. She was not really even expected to make it through delivery and she is now on day 6. She is struggling though. So I am just asking that you say a prayer for this family and precious little girl.

I've been keeping up with this family. I don't even remember how I got to that blog, but came across it the other day. She's just precious and I know the family must be happy and sad all at the same time.
