That's my ball!

I am so sad basketball season is over! Basketball is my favorite sport by far, and Grace really loves it. She had another great season, she scored lots of points, had a ton of steals, and she really had a blast with her new team. Love this photo, it shows how much she wants that ball!

This is it

It's stucco, has granite counters, wood floors, and a princess bedroom. We made an offer, he countered, we countered, he countered again, we countered again, then he countered again, we accepted. Now this is our house. I think I am going to go throw up now... 

Snow Day!!

Garrett didn't want to play, it's too cold! He is still not quite himself. Gracie has been in and out quite a bit, and Barbie goes nuts outside! I feel like we have been shut in our home forever. Last weekend it was the flu, we got a day and a half of normal and now we are stuck home again. Sean is from Minnesota so he doesn't mind driving in this stuff, but I slid a couple of times picking Grace up from school yesterday and that was enough for me!

Sick Little Man

Little man has the flu and some other breathing problem. He is taking so much medicine and breathing treatments, but he is doing well with all of them. Just looks so pitiful!

Garrett wasn't too happy to have the camera shoved in his face, Barbie just thinks I'm nuts, and I really wish I had centered the photo of Gracie better, I love her dimple!!















I think this is it. It has a master suite with a sitting area, huge bathroom, cute 4th bedroom that would make a great office/scrap room, jack and jill bathroom for Grace and Garrett (each with their own sink area), huge yard, granite countertops. It's perfect. I think we found it. I think.

SUI

Scrapping under the influence (of Sinus meds). I have a bad sinus infection, and I feel like I am in a fog. I scrapped though. I just decided to hand cut everything, hand write everything, and just kinda do whatever felt right. I may redo all these pages when I feel better, but right now I think I like them!

School Christmas Parties!!

I am so glad there are only 12 children in Garretts class. You would be surprised how long it takes to roll all that paper!!

Just some random photos from this week. Grace and Garrett had their Christmas progam at school this week. It went a little too long for Garrett. He was done! Then Gracie turned nine this week. My uber talented friend Julie taught a scrapbooking class to a group of third grade girls!! Gracie *loved* it!!

He's Five!!!!

It has actually been a couple of weeks since he turned 5, but I still can't believe it. It has been 5 years since he was that little baby with a head full of red hair! He has matured so much in the past year and he is a little boy who loves to play xbox and soccer. I just can't believe this is my baby! 

Baby It's Cold Outside

Grace and Garrett had a blast playing for a few minutes before school, until Garrett decided it was cold.

I Scrapped!!

I know, it's a miracle! I took the time to sit down and just scrap for a few minutes, they are very simple, but I scrapped!!

O Give Thanks Unto The Lord

The kids had their Thanksgiving parties at school on Friday. Garrett's teacher read a list of things each of them were thankful for. Garrett is thankful for mommy, daddy, Gracie, and strawberries. Gracie read an essay she wrote from the viewpoint of a turkey convincing you not to eat him. Apparently you can turn into a turkey by eating one. I made little place cards for the children in Garretts class, it was so much fun!! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

My Little Man

Little Boys are soooo much different than little girls. I get to learn all about Thomas the Train, Spiderman, and Nascar! Today at school his class sang praise songs and Garrett was front and center singing his little heart out. There is no sweeter sound than hearing your child praise God. There may be alot more challenges raising a boy, but the reward is so worth it. I have a happy and active boy who loves God, his mom and dad, spiderman, and chicken nuggets (according to his art work his family enjoys eating chicken nuggets together)!
